What are the Genesys Rough Guides...?

I've been working with Genesys Solution technologies for quite a while now and the one thing that I have had trouble with in the past is being able to see the wood for the trees. Don't get me wrong - Genesys' technologies are world class - but there is so much literature out there that gives you (in my honest opinion) too much information; brochures, demos, presentations, etc. They're all great if you're thinking of buying Genesys Solutions - but what about if you need some of the details...? Well - that was the catalyst for providing The Rough Guides... - something that bridges the gap between the sales brochure and the installation guide. Something that you don't necessarily need to have studied for and something which anyone can pick up, read - and hopefully understand!

If you find anything that is misrepresented then please don't go blaming Genesys - this work is mine and that includes taking the responsibility for any mistakes! :)
